200-300mg makes you feel more in touch with your surroundings and emotions. you may feel a spark of dreamy happiness

500mg is that ideal roll that people seem to be looking for. this is the dose that allows you to break through into the feeling.

oral administeration has seemed to been a favorite over the other population route of snorting. the oral method gives it more of a clean, emotionally colorful feeling and the snorting method gives more of a brain zap feeling. the doses that i gave have been good for the oral method.

redosing can be difficult with m1. it may just slight speed you up or even completely boost the effects back up.

similarities:

M1 isn't anything like 4-fa. they are both amphetamines but that is not saying much. 4-fa is a stimulant meanwhile m1 is also stimulating but has empathogenic effects.

combination:

the combo is easily not the best out there. from past research, the 4-fa lessens the empathogenic effects of the m1 but the m1 adds an empathogenic effect to the 4-fa. the whole feeling was this light, sailing away feeling of euphoria.

A three foot board to use as the base. I chose an oak door threshold because it looked nice.

A three foot long threaded rod. The diameter and threading are not critical — I used a 10-32 threaded 3/16 inch diameter galvanized steel rod.

Two 7/8 inch fender washers that fit nicely on the 3/16 inch rod.
Two 1/2 inch washers that fit on the rod.

Two machine screws about 3 or 4 inches long, with slot heads. I used 1/4 inch brass because they were pretty.

Four hex nuts that fit on the rod.

An empty aluminum soda can.

Three single-edged razor blades.
